Well they are not very well stocked for the small pool owners. They only had big bulk of their supplies so I ended up purchasing from Walmart. They didn't seem to care if I bought anything or not.

We agreed to a new pool construction and placed a 5000 deposit. Shortly after agreeing to this contract I accepted a new job out of state. At that time we were about 3 months from starting the project. We contacted Michelle to let her know as soon as we knew. Initially she said we would work something out for our deposit. But later she never responded to calls/texts and kept the full deposit. That may have been her right but I have major concerns about her ethics. Be careful before you make a major investment with them. 1/17/24 Update: despite their response with a promise to reimburse us, they have never followed through. I have been patient and reached out to Michelle more than once. Again, I would use caution when working with them. Service: Custom Swimming pool design
