        Apparently they can not listen to what a customer orders. Forgot to put in the order properly. They didnt even bother to cut the sandwiches in half so they could be eaten. Apparently 2 regular sandwiches are $27.00 cause they told us they forgot to charge us for our fries. This location sucks.

        takes forever, costs an arm and a leg, employees look like they want you dead, and the guy taking my order made a face when i told him my name. but they make a damn good sandwich and nothing hits quite like a penn station cookie.

        I remember Penn Station being a favorite chain of mine, however the quality has kept falling. This dagwood sub was being all it could be, and the staff was very good. But it was not worth walking up there today. Maybe they forgot the meat, but there were trace amounts in there. I am also eager to get the rubber-stamp message... wait for it-
