Poor customer service. Rude and unprofessional agents. They allow their sellers to leave house after closing in poor conditions for the new home owners. Will not take responsibility for home left dirty with animal urine on carpets. Agents will act as though they are representing you only until you pay them commission and then they will turn their back on you the moment you leave the closing office.

This was a different experience in that this sale was a church. Mark did a great job in researching this market and helping price the property appropriately. There were multiple offers and Mark's knowledge of the market and kindness displayed to potential buyers was remarkable. We were able to attain significantly more than our asking price.
