Stay as far away from Rudolfo properties as possible. Owners have absolutely no regard for your living conditions and would rather make excuses on why they shouldn't fix the defects in your home. To give you an example on how lackadaisical, neglectful, and disrespectful the owners are; I've recently been informed that repairs to my home will not be made until I move out, despite the owner telling me months prior he would repair it on several occasions. Mind you, these aren't just minor defects, these are issues that affect my health and safety, such as an apartment thats 85 degrees and doesn't cool down during nighttime (A/C unit is completely broken), upsetting my asthma and has caused me to pass out or vomit routinely at this point. All of these problems the owner has been made aware of, only for him to ignore it. This has been going on for a year now and isn't even the tip of the iceberg when it comes to his negligence. Another example of how the owners operate (words from one of the landlords himself, I kid you not): "If I have 100 customers and 1 of them is unsatisfied, but the other 99 is satisfied, why should I spend my money and resources on the 1 unsatisfied customer?" If you're looking into renting from Rudolfo, let the previous quote be the reason why you reevaluate your options. I wouldn't wish this kind of treatment on my worst enemy, let alone a stranger who may not know what they're walking into.

I've know the family who runs this business for my whole life. You should definitely call them for a listing first because they offer the best value deals in Louisville by far. If you're looking into St. Mathews, Hurstbourne, or anywhere in the East End they have a huge portfolio of privately held commercial and residential properties. When you're dealing with Rodulfo, you're dealing directly with the source and not some broker who is going to add his or her premium to your rent. Check them out, you'll find true value in the real estate market of Louisville.
