Bluegrass Print

I needed a large (22 x 17") report with an 11 x 17" insert printed and folded. The price was very reasonable, but I am very dissatisfied with Will's communication, the process and timeframe. Offset print jobs are typically in hand 5 days after the proof is approved. I assumed this being a digital job, it would be even quicker. I did ask during the proofing process when we would receive it, but did not get an answer, my mistake in not asking again. When we were informed it would take almost two weeks, and we expressed concerns over not having it in time for our company's annual meeting, Will became very flippant and then refused to answer or open any emails or respond to voice messages. The printed piece, when we finally received it, was of good quality. However, we also had to hand insert the insert ourselves as he apparently had it printed at a different place. A good printer would have had the insert sent over so it could all be folded together professionally and "fold" more evenly. Printing good, customer service bad.

Doesn't call, will not pick up the phone. Place has NO address. Don't promise you can print something and stop replying when someone asks you to speak on the phone!
