10 out of 10 recommend if you are in need of professional headshots. I was in the need for an update headshot and Michelle delivered, flawlessly. For context, I am very uncomfortable in front of the camera. My wife will tell you that getting me not to 'fake smile' is nearly impossible. I told Michelle this before we started taking pictures and although I felt silly the entire time, she took her time with me, helped to keep me relaxed and capture some great pictures that I didn't think could ever be taken. Additionally, her turn around on getting the image proofs and final copies to me was excellent. If you are thinking about updating some headshots, don't do it on your own. Spend the money and go to Michelle because you will not be disappointed.

Trouble having appointments canceled, and no refund offered when coming out of town. Lost two vacation days after taking off and planning trip to Louisville but then being canceled at last minute.
