My home warranty company sent this company to my home for running toilets. One toilet had to be replaced and the other rebuilt. when the contractor came he installed it incorrectly and failed to bring the parts for the other. During installation of the new toilet, water from the tank flooded the bathroom and leaked into my basement, where I was doing laundry. I informed him of this but he never went to look at the leak. Just left, leaving my home without a working toilet. He left glue all over my bathroom counter top and wood floors. He also left a large scratch on my wood floors. I had to have another company come out to fix the issues they caused. I have tried calling to talk to the owner, but never. a get a hold of anyone.

The guy they sent out to do the work was very professional fast and very attentive to the details. The buisness itself is what gave it a 1 star experience. They lady who handles the calls was rude and spoke over me then got mad and hung up on me for asking questions. Then when I called back she complained about us not paying when the technician even told her we paid. While she was yelling and fussing I told her we had paid but due to her attitude and lack of professionalism she didn't hear the answer to her own question. Would not give this place my buisness due to the lack of customer service. The technician told me certain things should have been done on the buisness side prior to them getting there that wasn't done. Said it happens multiple times which makes it hard on the guys going to do the work. No communication of fees and expenses. A persons price is there price however communication is key. I was very calm but after being hung up and calling back and still getting talked over and the attitude brought out a side I shouldn't have. She needs to be replaced or closed down. Don't give them your buisness they have 2 stars for a reason!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They came to my house under warranty, filed a claim they knew would be denied (she stated she knew they didnt cover sinks) took my money for the warranty fee and didnt tell us we were denied. Shameful company. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I called, Tammy said before even looking up my address that they dont cover sinks. Then after I called and told them I would report to the BBB they called me back and CLAIMED they wouldnt know what was covered until the claim went through. Bold faced lies and now commenting on this review more lies. Proof is in the pudding people!

First, most of these reviews are Home warranty issues. I have had my home warranty for 4 yrs and believe me 90% of the time it is the Home Warranty company NOT the contractor. They make things difficult for them and theres not many contractors that will even deal with them. I recently had water heater break. They called me right away after Christmas and sent out Mathew. There was back and forth ONLY because of the Home warranty not them. They were patient and hung in there and never took it out on me. They are an honest company that does great work and wont take advantage of you.

They were referred to us by our home warranty. Their customer service is is horrendous. They sent a technician out to unclog our sink. He spent a small amount of time snaking the line. Just made it worse. He said he would need to replace 20 foot section of PVC, and said the home warranty company would have to approve. He went to his vehicle to leave but hadn't completely sealed back the p-trap. Water ran all over our floor in our kitchen. Luckily we caught him, and he sealed it. After two weeks of trying to reach them and waiting to get our pipe unclogged we still hadn't heard from or received any status updates from them. We ended up having to get another company to come and they got it cleared within 30 minutes. Now we have to have parts of our kitchen floor replaced because of their incompetence. Would NOT recommend Jefferson Plumbing!!
