I like plenty of warning when someone's coming to the house and with them I get it. First, someone from the office calls me the previous week and the exterminator always calls when he's just about to my house. He is friendly, hardworking, and doesn't miss a thing. He works in all kinds of weather, even today, and it's below zero.
