Had my vehicle shipped from California back in December/January time frame. The driver took my Diesel Jetta on a joy ride, filled it with regular unleaded, lied about driving it, caused my engine to have problems, and was 5 days late past the original guaranteed delivery date. The company wouldn’t pay for it, the owner told me I was lying, and ended up blocking my number to avoid paying for the damages even though I had 100% proof from my local Volkswagen Service Center Lead Mechanic. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Terrible Communication. Picked my car up on a Wednesday in Houston, was to go and deliver on Friday to Columbus Ohio. Had no idea where my car was, couldn't reach driver or the owner of the truck. The dispatcher mentioned it was in Louisville KY so i had to drive there with a truck and take it from there so i could get the car to the shop in time. When i got to Louisville the car wasn't even on a trailer, just sitting in some yard. Car was missing a rocker panel as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. TERRIBLE BUSINESS

I am used car dealer, I purchased a vehicle out of state and listed it on central dispatch so that we could find a company to transport it to my dealership in Tennessee. THM Express reached out and wanted to carry the vehicle and so we set everything up. The driver of the truck caused severe damage to the roof our vehicle while it was in transit to us. We notified the owner of THM Express immediately and he successfully confirmed with his driver that he did indeed cause the damages. We were requested by the owner of THM Express to acquire three estimates from different body shops for the repairs. We did so and once we forwarded them to the owner, his response was to reach out to his insurance company. So far, so good. But this is where things changed as my response to his "contact my insurance" was "who is your insurance with" and from this moment to current (almost a month later) the owner has been completely incognito ignoring all of our calls and texts. Luckily, Central Dispatch has each companies insurance information on file and so after contacting them we were able to acquire it and to begin the claim process. They sent the adjuster out and we are trying to wrap things up however prior to his insurance cutting the check their policy is that they have to speak to the owner of THM Express. Only problem is, THM Express will not return the call to their insurance. He is ignoring them just as he is ignoring us. I also found out through his insurance company that THM Express has TWO OTHER EXISTING CLAIMS that are also unresolved due to lack of cooperation.
