MINI of Louisville

Bought our 2015 MINI here. Sadly, they have closed closed for good on 5/31/19.

The experience that we've had with Mini at this dealership, the one in Cincinnati and the complaint number has been the worst experience with a dealership! We have spent over $2000 in last 6 months (3 service repairs and still having same problem). Since this place has closed they actually only guarantee their work if car is brought to Cincinnati Mini. That is not even possible. I'm expected to spend $100 on gas and a hotel room while they try again to repair huge oil problem. Car was last taken in 5 wks ago and paid over $600 then. I suggested going to BMW here and get a diagnosis and forward that to Mini of Cincinnati, once they see still same problem Mini of Cincinnati should refund us our money. In other words we are out over $2000 and Mini said they won't do anything to compensate this money. Also Mini has lied to us the last 6 months saying it is normal to burn oil and to keep adding it every 750 miles--- found out big lie!!!! Dennis at Complaint number said he feels sorry for the people who lost their jobs at Mini of Louisville--- I sure don't!! We have been treated unfair and lied to by this dealership and one in Cincinnati was no better. I left a message for that mgr in service to call me, they won't respond. Only person I feel sorry for is my young daughter who has spent all her money she saved on this car that is still not repaired!!! WARNING: NEVER buy a Mini--- the people you have to deal with are rude and do not care about their customers! Also: MIni Coopers are nothing but junk!!! Huge Oil problem!! I am still in shock that a place of business treats people like this--- no wonder this location couldn't make it. Driving to Cincinnati to try @ get car repaired again is not even realistic!!!!!! Mini needs to allow any recent repairs done here to be able to get a diagnosis @ BMW and get it repaired there or refund us our $2000

This review is based on a visit to the Service Dept. The 2 service advisors were courteous, knowledgeable & cost conscious. Jonathan gave me a worst case scenario & the final tally was 1/4 of the initial estimate. Possibly the most accommodating waiting area I've ever experienced with an observation window into the work area. The work was completed & a freshly washed vehicle was parked at the door ready to roll.
