        Terrible office staff. After waiting three months for an appointment, I was rudely told there was an insurance conflict and that I would have to leave the building. I am not upset that the physician was unable to see me (medical billing is complex, and I can empathize that not all offices can afford to take every insurance), but I am disappointed in how the news was delivered to me. Two years ago I went to a rheumatologist's office with a life threatening blood clot, I am glad it was not this office because I would probably be dead. The office staff took zero initiative in trying to arrange alternative care for me. They simply said "We cannot see you. Get out."
