        Review letter sent to dealership inbox. Good deal, good car, unprofessional staff experience, appreciate the savings. Sales staff was unfocused and did not communicate very well throughout the process. We were uncomfortable. Did not feel like a professional, licensed dealership. The registration process thereafter was a nightmare.

        We had a very pleasant car buying experience with Tyler! He was honest and helpful throughout the entire process! We came from Lexington because our local Mazda dealership was so hard to work with. Well worth the drive and we will definitely use them again in the future!
