I was searching for the right bed and went to a couple other places. Joanie was by far the most helpful and HONEST sales rep I've encountered. She wasn't pushy or trying to get me in the most expensive bed. She addressed all of my needs and actually listened. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a great rep. Went in to purchase a mattress cover and ask for a discount and he gave me one. Wonderful customer service. Robert Richard's was his name. Great place.

I can't say enough good things about Joanie and the way she treated me. I called, a few days before I made it to the store and she and I had about a 20 minute conversation about what I needed from my mattress. I was supposed to go shop with her the next morning but life got in the way and it took me a few days to get there. She was wonderful on the phone and I have to say she was just as wonderful in person. She remembered everything we talked about. My name and what I was looking for. Shopping today isn't personal, most of it is very cold feeling. She made it personal! I felt heard! If you need a great night's sleep go see her at Sleep Outfitters in Dixie Mannor.

Joanie Elliott-Gray was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. She was very friendly without us feeling pressured. If you need a mattress I would definitely recommend that you come see her. Super great experience!
