Lady at front checkout was rude just for not taking off coupon. Then I said u no what no thinks I'll go somewhere else as I left she was yelling nasty gestures out of the door. I will never will I go back...

The lady who works here in the mornings, dark skinned, about 60 is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in any place of business. My girlfriend just tried to return a keg shell, to the same lady who forgot to charge me for it in October when I rented it. I have since moved and had no rush returning it since I didn't pay. My girlfriend just moved out as well and asked me what to do with it so I told her to do the right thing and take it back to them, its their shell. The nasty rude woman was completely sarcastic and rude to her to the extent she called me upset upon leaving. The sad part, mind you, is that I have not been in that store since late October, yet I knew exactly who she was and described her perfectly. Change your attitude lady or get the hell out of there. No reason to be rude to nice people. I'm not stumbling in there drunk stealing or breaking stuff, just trying to spend, usually over $100, my hard earned money. I hope management sees this, you can easily identify the horrible person you have in your staff. Generally works mornings, black skin, probably about 60. I would give 0 stars if I could. Place has a great selection and great prices, but the attitudes there, especially this one, need an adjustment......Perhaps smile once in a while.

I absolutely love this store and the people that work there. 🙌🏻 They’re always friendly and the prices on bourbon cannot be beat! I drive across town passing several liquor stores to shop exclusively for booze at this store. The beer selection is killer, too. 👌🏻
