        Seeing so many stellar reviews for repairs, I brought a damaged rope chain in for a potential repair. The owner looked it over, stood up and handed it back to me. He then recommended that I return it for refund because he would have to charge $50 for a repair. I can afford the repair but I focused instead on his body language. He stood up and handed my necklace back to me. Almost as if I was being shown out of the store. I took the hint and I will draw my own conclusions.
