I attempted to get my license through this school and I was left devastated. I wasted money on outdated and inaccurate information pertaining to the state laws of Health and Life insurance. I took the state exam 3 times and failed every time. This was not the cause of a fault of my own, but rather the Commonwealth school. I had to use outside resources to find updated information, which shouldn’t be the case when I was already paying $300 for what should have been up to date and complete information. When I contacted the the president of Commonwealth about my troubles with the “practice test,†I was greeted with vague responses and a lack of support. The “practice test†was more so random questions that sometimes didn’t even pertain to my state, and had obviously been produced without care due to the various flaws in them and the “supposed†correct answers to them. I already have told people to not pursue their licensing through this school, and I hope that it is brought to someone’s attention how outdated and inaccurate the school’s information is before more people are as badly affected as I was.
