They took awesome care of my dad.

Thankful for Hosparus Health as they allowed me to bring my Dad home in the final few days of his life. I couldn't have provided the care for him without the support of the nurses, CNA's, social workers, chaplain and physician. When we left the hospital, they had arranged to have a bed, table and oxygen in the home ready for us. And the admission nurse was in my home in less than 30 minutes. I'm forever grateful for Hosparus Health as I could never have made the journey without them.

Do they have zero Stars?. Hosparus is no help at all. I thought they would help us but it has just put MUCH MORE STRESS ON US. We wait all day and they don't even show up. This has happened 4 times now and we are new with them. We have enough stress without them making things worse. Never asked us what we needed they try to push more on to us more than we can do here at home. They are extremely short of people and are not supposed to tell you. We had to wait 8 days just to get her a shower. they say will have a supervisor call but that doesnt happen either. Better off without them.

While we did get an awesome CNA. But we did not get supplies until 4 days after my mom was home. We never received a comfort pack. On the 8th day home on hosparus care my mom died a traumatic death. Two hours drowning on fluids from her congestive heart failure. We were Ill prepared. Our primary nurse directed us to call customer service and look in the handbook page 19 for help in what my mom was going thru. There is nothing in their handbook similar to what my mom went thru. No one ever spoke to us about what could happen with my moms CHF and failed pacemaker.. nurse arrived after she was passed. I felt so alone. We did not get the compassion and care they brag about. Only from the CNA that helped us. She was amazing,kind and helpful. Very disappointed in hosparus.
