Inspected our renovated, new to us home. Was exceptionally thorough, professional and detail oriented. Went above and beyond with a short notice, last minute demand by the lender.

Bob English with English Home Inspections just performed the home inspection on my new home. This is the second time I have worked with Bob. Both times he showed up right at the time promised, he was thorough in his inspection of the homes, he was quick with the final report and walked me through what he found while we were at the home. Bob’s inspections give me confidence when I make such a major purchase.

Bob English did a wonderful job with my home inspection. He's very experienced and also spent 11 years building homes. He gave me a detailed binder report before leaving in addition to the digital report. I will be recommending him to everyone needing a home inspection!

Would not recommend.....the bank recommended him. Seemed like a great guy an knowledgeable. Bought the house. Ive been in my home for right at a year and I've had to replace my roof and I just crawled under my house yesterday and my return for my heat pump wasn't hooked up... Along with other ducted work... I contacted him over the roof issues and he gave me my money back.. but still finding issues almost monthly very dissatisfied
