Amazing experience. Spent hours on site with Tim and his awesome son walking through a house. Very thorough work. No stones left unturned. Would absolutely use him again and I would recommend him to anyone!

Tim is a great guy and a better inspector. This market is crazy right now and he is the only person trying to protect the buyer. I really appreciate his honesty and the fact that he is ALWAYS on your side. If you are looking to buy a home I would highly suggest him. Unless you wanna be stuck with thousands of dollars of work at one house, or, if you want less than 6-8 years worth of roof that a seller wants to do patch work on. Either way a buyer shouldnt have to worry about those things on a half million dollar home. Tim will always inspect my homes so I know before I buy. Service: Manufactured home inspections

Im always a bit leery when working with new people, but I gave Tim a shot because of his reviews on the HardinHomes website. Tim has done many inspections for me now and he always does an excellent job. Hes professional, responsive, trustworthy, and reliable. His reports are clear and concise. Recommend!
