Interim HealthCare of Louisville KY

Very dissatisfied with the lack of follow up Interim of Louisville provides. My father has been in their care for a couple of years now. If the caregiver doesn’t show up, he is never called and a replacement is never sent. Sometimes, days go by before he/we know “if” he will be provided care. For someone who cannot take care of themselves and is on oxygen and can barely walk, this lack of care is not acceptable.

Chris Ballantine at Interim HealthCare is trustworthy, professional, and truly cares about his clients. Chris is always respectful of everyone involved, and is very easy to talk to and reach. I highly recommend Interim HealthCare for anyone in need of at home care/assistance and I cannot say enough great things about Chris and his team.

The owners and staff at Interim HealthCare of Louisville are amazing! They are others focused, knowledgeable, respectful, caring and very efficient. They were there for us and thoroughly answered all of my questions recently when my mother was ill. I trust and highly recommend IHCL!

Very professional and Very Caring. Chris and Aaron take the time to ensure their clients' needs are fully met. They are both lawyers who review long term care contracts and can help individuals review cost effective measures who are suffering a long term care event. Would HIGHLY recommend Interim for home care use.
