I love going to the store i went to your store Friday, March 23 for some ground chuck. When I got there, you only had 2 lbs and I wanted 5. I asked the butcher, white coat tall and slim, if there was more in the back. He seemed a little irritated and said they would grin some would take about 10 min. When I came back he had wrapped it in one large bag. I asked why didn't he wrap it individually and he said I didn't ask. But he didn't ask me either. He seemed put off again because I said that so I took the 5 lbs and left. I'm just now writing the review because I thought about it and I have never been treated that rudely at your store before. I hope he isn't going to your new Brownsboro store.

Waited less than 5 minutes to be waited on. Had what I wanted. Friendly staff

Ive been getting your ground chuck ( on Tuesdays since we moved here 7 years ago. It is the best Ive ever gotten anywhere, until the first Tuesday in January, it was not the same, lots of fat, not even the same color. Hope that was a one time thing, I got 20 lbs, doesnt even compare to what I have gotten in the past.
