Quoting process was great. Guy showed up on time and was efficient and knowledgeable. The installation process was not as good. There was no 30 min call ahead as promised. The men didn't put on shoe covers and tracked dirt through the house, they left hand marks on my recently painted walls, and they tracked their dirty shoes inside the new tub to install the door, scratching and ruining the tub.

Had 13X5 foot worth of mirror installed in a workout room. Everything went smooth! From the first Est to the install. Everyone we came into contact with was very nice!!! Would recommend!

We have a slopping ceiling over the shower we needed to install a door over, so we knew we would need a custom job. Long story short, we got 3 quotes: Louisville Glass Experts were the most cumbersome to initiate quotes and communications with ( we eventually just went into their showroom). Once we got talking to them in person, they provided the most explanation, and customization based on our situation. Tied to that, we ended up liking the shower door they proposed more than the others, and it ended up being the least expensive quote. Once we got into project execution, everything flowed incredibly smoothly. The difficulty in initial conversations almost had me giving them 4/5 stars, but given how good the work is and how much we saved going with them, I just have to give them the full 5.

Unpleasant experience. Called today to see about getting a mirror replaced. I asked if they could remove the mirror from the frame so I could paint the inside of the frame. The receptionist told me to come during a couple of timeframes, one being between 3:00 and 4:30 pm, so there would be someone there that could remove the mirror from the frame. I arrived a few minutes after 3:00 pm. The estimate for the new mirror was reasonable and I wanted to move forward. The lady in the office, not the receptionist I spoke to, said they didn't work with wood frames and she wished I had called. I told her I did call and the receptionist confirmed it. Then she asked me if I explained it was a wood frame. I said it didn't come up in the conversation when I called. We took the original backing off the mirror frame. There was a piece of cardboard on the back of the mirror and lots of little nails securing the mirror. I was asked if I knew it was like that. I replied no and noted we just took off the original backing. Anyway, they wouldn't be able to take the mirror out of the wood frame. They work with metal and plastic is what I was told. If they would have asked me when I called what the frame was made of, I would have told them it was wood and not driven 27 miles one way to be turned away.
