Rating estimate process only. I opted for another vendor to complete our roof. I was impressed with the prompt response from my quote request. I had an estimate within 24 hours of requesting. That's impressive. We opted for another company that a family friend recommended.

When water starts falling from the ceiling, you're in a situation where you need it fixed now.Happily, John and River City Vinyl Supply & Roofing were able to look at my house quickly and get the leak by my chimney fixed.I used Yelp's Request A Quote to find a roofer/contractor. And considering our leak happened on a Sunday night, that's when I reached out to several companies. Many got back to me within the hour, including River City Vinyl Supply & Roofing. And if it weren't for a rainstorm on Monday, he would have come out that day.But he was able to come and look at the problem and have it fixed within an hour or so on Tuesday.John was speedy yet not pushy. He brought with him one of his employees, who actually got on our very tall roof to look at the problem. He talked through what he found with me and sent me a formal quote before proceeding.Turns out the flashing had pulled away from the chimney, and the mortar between several of the bricks had worn away. He showed me some photos of the roof to help me understand.After he was done, I was able to pay him easily via PayPal.And now we're talking to him about tackling our rickety, falling apart gutters as well.I'm happy to add John and River City Vinyl Supply & Roofing to our list of trusted companies that can work on our home.

I have used this company a few times and they do great work! John, the owner is super cool and extremely easy to work with. I had some water damage and I hired John to do the contract work in the basement to fix the water damage.  I was thinking it would take a week or two to fix everything because that is what I always heard. They literally framed and drywall tape and mud did half the basement in an extra room in one day. It was amazing! Since then I have hired River city vinyl and roofing to do all my other contract work on my house as well as some friends.
