Worker's truck damaged retaining wall and shrubbery. Glass, car parts, nails and oil left on driveway. Owner refuses to name the worker or share insurance information, blames homeowner for having "an old wall." I retained 5% of the payment but it does not cover the cost of repairs. Owner never met with me to review damage. All contact initiated by me. Ultimately, he became unresponsive and denied all responsibility. AVOID.
