The stools I purchased were ok except they were missing screws as other reviews indicate. Customer service would not send us the missing screws and were unwilling to help. This is the worst company no-service I have ever dealt with.

Terrible Company with terrible procucts and the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Stay far far away from this company and its products.

Terrible customer service. Telling everyone and anyone not to buy from this company. The instructions that come with their products specifically tell you to call a number if parts are missing. When you call that number the guy who answered was extremely bothered by the call and said he couldnt help me? And to go back to where I bought it. So much for customer service after you supported that company and purchased their product. Please be warned if you purchase something from them they wont help you.

Furniture missing hardware package necessary to assemble. 2 weeks of emailing with no response or help from the company.

I received a beautiful upholstered Hillsdale Westchester Daybed with trundle as a gift about a year ago and I have been very pleased with both style and durability. Assembly was simple, and the fabric has maintained its color well even with pets and company. It's classy but still very comfortable so I've put it in the most popular room of the house! Thank you for making a good quality product, I love it.
