I have been waiting since Christmas for Conner's to finish up on my home. I had vinyl planks placed in my kitchen and hall. There was some lifting and mock shue not tacted down. I paid in full and have been calling since Jan. for service. I have been made to feel like a nuisance and that this is my fault. They did come out late one afternoon in july and began pulling up many strips not all was lifting. They found a water stain and told me to call a plumber. The plumber came the next day and fixed the problem. I called Conner's back immediately and the run around was began again. Rob keeps telling he needed to check with Jamie and would call me back. I have not heard and it's Sept. I should not have to still be dealing with this. This is the second house I have had them do. I'm going to call again today, wish me luck.
