Walked in to order a shake for my sick daughter and was completely ignored. When I finally got the attention of the "manager" she was very rude saying she was "busy". Maybe the drive thru has better service.

Friday 05/21/22. 1st off, girl on speaker had attitude like she didn't wanna work, I order french dip, the guy bout threw the bag out to me in a rush and when I get back to my workplace, I realize the au jus had leaked all over my food and car seat, I will be sending the bill for having my seat cleaned, and won't ever be back

I waited 30 minutes and drive through line to pick up a uber order, just to get to the speaker and then to tell me to come inside to get it. I think it's kind of outrageous of them to ask someone to come inside to pick up an order after being in the drive-thru for that long. I ended up canceling the order and leaving. If I was able to come inside, I would have just done that instead of waiting all that time in the drive-thru.
