Sam Meyers Dry Cleaners

They lost my collectors limited edition, exclusively signed by Obama himself, Kirby socks that costed money (very expensive). The sheer audacity to be in my presence, AND THEN go on to lose the socks is just blatantly appalling. I will NOT be going back in this lifetime or any other lifetime.

I don't believe it was Sam Meyer's fault, but the new owners Steamers (maybe d/b/a Newport Cleaners) lost my mother's wedding dress that they had to preserve. I would not trust this new Rudy Lane management. I only gave it 1 star because a star was required... :(

Was looking for a new cleaner. Old cleaner was just a little further than I wanted to travel. My mistake. Took in shirts and khakis. Asked for no starch on shirts. Got that. Asked for no crease on the khakis that had no crease (1 pair had a crease). When I picked them up, all the khakis but 1 had a crease. Yep, pretty darn permanent. And since these are casual, the creases don't look right (and they were even crooked). I pointed it out to the manager, who continued to argue this was my fault. She didn't like when she asked who checked me in, and I noted it was her. She even followed me to my car to try and argue it was MY fault. 5 khakis not done the way I asked. Somehow, make that my fault. So, no, I will not be back.
