My wife and I have been patients for a couple of years now -- basically 2-3 visits each year for cleaning, plus my wife receiving a couple of additional treatments. We have found the staff to be friendly and professional. They are good about upcoming appointment reminders and follow-ups, and they have options for service through insurance or payment plans.

Beware! They have a new dentist and staff. Not the same friendly staff we have experienced before. Dr. Dorrance retired, Dr. Spencer moved and the current staff is not very helpful. I live nearby and stopped in because I received a letter from Dr. Dorrance saying they would get in touch with me. A very rude receptionist said NO! I didn't receive such a letter. Months later they called to schedule cleaning. Told them what happened and that I would prefer a referral. She said she would call back. She did and she told me to refer to my insurance website. Then, most recently, my son who also went there for years needed his records sent to his new dentist. After multiple promises to send the records we had to pay for new x-rays because they never kept their word. I recommend finding some other dentist practice!
