Since Atria took over my parents facility, the quality and care has plummeted into non existent. The corporate staff came in and forced the staff to get rid of a majority of activities. They are forcing them to get rid of the fish tank the residents enjoy watching. The food has gone down and they increased the rent. If you care about your loved ones avoid this place. Atria only cares about money.

Since Atria has taken over Lakeshore Estates billing has been incorrect for four months now. Local manager has done all she can do. Need to speak with someone in corporate office of Atria.

I was transferring busses outside 300 E Market Street in the bitter cold and had a 30 minute wait for the 15 bus to the VA. I thought I would step inside to get my hands and feet warm again and was immediately told to leave. In the more than 30 minutes I was out there I saw 3 people go into this building and that was it. When I went in I stood in the front corner out of the way. As a 68yo veteran I was very disheartened to see anyone being told to leave for trying to harm up. I was more disturbed when I looked up who owned this building only to discover this is a company that makes money taking care of the elderly and if this is how treat people trying to get harm for a couple of minutes how do they treat those they take money from. I realize this is a private business but no one as heartless as this should ever be aloud to take care of other humans.

Enjoyed the direct staff worker bees and residents. I worked with 9-2021/3-2022 6 months, the pay for my position & industry was very good i.e. I drove the residents to doctor appointments., shopping, outings. Applicant note Atria's as a corporation doesn't care if your a doer and advocate for the needs of the residents. They want you to shut up and follow their steps. I'm a Class A driver w/every endorsement to fit their needs and or trucking. Atria's Corporate in my opinion receives a zero towards not allowing the driver to meet the HOLISTIC Needs of the residents meaning take then to necessary doctors appt on other days beside Tue -Thu. After All Eskaton take residents to appointments M-F. Administration executives are hypocritical with their rhetoric. Never received 3 work shirts according to policy w/in 30 days of employment F/T, 1 shirt 22 weeks later then other 25 week. If you log in from lunch 1 min early they will write you up. Driver Job Seeker Beware if you have a heart towards what's morally right with my standards go else where for a driving job, I quit after the 26th weeks. .
