My husband and I went to Woodbridge white castle it was terrible food was awful soda machine wasn't working went to tell the woman who was very rude she did give us soda with no ice I saod can I please have ice she said well u didn't have ice in your cup I know but your machine don't work food went in garbage frys were not cooked terribly attuide nasty

ORDER FOOD THROUGH DRIVE UP OF 10 SACK, SMALL FRIES, & SWEET TEA. THE MICROPHONE DIDN'T WORK WELL AT ALL. HAD TO REPORT ORDER AT 3 TIMES OR MORE. WHEN GOT TO WINDOW TO GET ORDER THE LADY GAVE THE ORDER AFTER FOOD WAS PAID AND THEN ASK FOR RECEIPT THE TRANSACTION. LADY SHE HER MACHINE WAS NOT WORK. Since Im not able to give zero stars I guess I have to do one but they dont even deserve that I did not only go through the drive-through once but twice, and I did not get a receipt first of all for both of my separate orders. I did not even get my full meal. They basically took my money. I feel so disrespect because when I tried to call them, no one answered and I called twice and it made me go straight to voicemail. I feel so disrespected as a customer. I called corporate, and left a voicemail to tell them how awful my experience was at this white castle coldsprings Kentucky. Not to mention I live like an hour away so Im not able to go back.
