Poor customer service Picked up a bottle of Carolan Irish Cream Easter weekend 2021 as we do on the long weekends. Cap wouldn't spin off, defect in the bottling process. April 13/21 received an email from Beth Sherman saying sorry and that they would refund the purchase price. Only heard crickets from Beth Sherman and Heaven Hills Brand after a few emails to them. That was six weeks ago. Might want to add Canadian provinces and postal code to your drop down list. You list Canada as a country than only have states and zip codes on your drop down list. There your out Beth, keep your word as a person.
