So I was completely racially profiled at the store off hwy 127 in Frankfort, Ky. I rightfully purchased an item and realized the item was incorrect. Therefore, I returned it properly as any normal person would. The young man behind the counter was dynamite but the ASM Jessie was not. Rather than assist me she watched me and walked back and forth in the back of the aisle. I normally dont complain but she wasnt helpful to me the minute I walked in. I did call corporate about the incident so we will see if they call me back.

Feeders supply in Corydon , Indiana.. they are not taking care of their small animals rats hamsters. Their cages are filthy. Its not a good thing I felt so sorry for him. I worked at different company ALL CAGES WERE CLEANED AND ANIMALS WERE TAKING CARE OF ! This issue will be reported ! Shut down on selling animals !

Visited the Shepherdsville's location for self serve grooming all the tubs only had cold water, not warm not tepid but ice cold. It was a 47 degree day, I thought my poor dog would never stop shivering. The cashier was not notified, she said she would pass it on to management A free service was provided!
