They installed my carpet 2 weeks ago you can see every seam they put in, they were supposed to send another crew out to fix it a week later they sent the very same crew which could not fix it, they sent another crew out 5 days later and said it was not fixable they had to order me new carpet and I have not spoken to them since and no one will return my phone calls.

I had vinyl flooring installed from Lowes by LC Installations on July 15, 2021 the job wasnt completed due to parts not being right. I have called numerous times, left messages no one responded, when I finally talk to someone I get someone will call you within 24-48 hours nothing. LC installations keep telling me its Lowes fault, Lowes keep telling me its LC installations responsibility to fix. LC expects me to tell Lowes what I need, Im the customer and not a flooring person I dont know parts names. I have been to Lowes 6 times over this and picked up the ordered parts, and LC told me this morning when I called Lowes has to do something in the computer before they can come finish the job. Beware because these are Lowes only installers now. Stay away Stay away 3 months and still not finished
