I mailed a check at the beginning of July for my husbands bill, and it is now mid August and it has still not been deposited. I have called the main number 5 times and they always tell me someone will call me back. Never got one phone call back. Called again yesterday and was asked if I called the number they gave me. No, because I was never given a number to call. They gave me that number. I called it yesterday, and was told someone would call me this morning. Never got a call back of course. Called again today, and just kept getting laughed at. Ive never had to go through so much trouble just to pay a bill before, especially one for healthcare services. You are better off going to an immediate care center, at least you wont have to call them for your test results after waiting a week (like my husband did), and you wont have to fight them just to pay your bill.

I can't even share or explain the photos and condition of my brother. Lawsuits are to come! You can blame Covid all you want! The government has provided all the necessary funds, and equipment you need but you chose to allocate them to individuals pay. You guys better be shaking in your boots!
