Heine Brothers' Coffee - Crescent Hill

A great addition to the Louisville coffee scene. Strategically conjoined with its host, Eggs Over Frankfort, Crescent Hill Coffee shows a good menu and offers all typical coffee and hot drinks, paired with a small selection of local delights. Good Folks coffee, is their bean of choice. Staff is warm and inviting, even at the earliest of hours, Barista Madeline is very knowledgeable and thorough with all drinks that’s been prepared. It seems to have seamlessly filled the void left behind by Heine Bros. And I hope it continues to pour coffee for quite some time.

I always try to support local coffee shops. Today I ordered two caramel macchiatos online, when I picked them up it came to my surprise that one felt a lot heavier than the other. When I opened the lid the cup was only half full (see picture) when I asked the barista about this she rudely responded “its because of the milk foam” and then she continued saying “I can add more milk if you want” There are plenty other coffee shops nearby where their customer service is outstanding and they wouldn’t hesitate to first apologize and remake my order. I asked her to remake my coffee and she purposely filled it too much with an attitude. Not coming back

just opened up in st matthews and it’s so adorable :) open inside, love the music, perfect for studying - coffee is sooo good there are so many options and workers have great customer service! this place is the perfect hidden gem
