Buffalo Wild Wings

Very slow and poor service. Order 2 6pc traditional wings and received both orders with flats only. Wings were slightly warm. The place was not busy at all and it took 40 minutes to recieve our order. The host that seated us put us at a table that the top was ready to fall off. Requested a different seating and he seemed bother by that. Considering the place was 90% empty, that table shouldn't have even been in use at all. Staff was only wearing mask either on the chin or not at all. This place needs to shut down and start all over with a new crew who's focus is on safe food service. We don't plan to go back anytime real soon.

Always friendly staff, good pricing and specials and value. Quality since Covid 19 has gone down a bit but they make up for it with cleanliness. Everywhere you turned something was getting wiped down and sanitized!

I went in and stood for 20 minutes waiting for someone to approach me. Noticed inside there was only 4 people at tables. So the social distancing thing wouldn't have been an issue. I was wanting to have a hearty meal with my wife and kids and maybe a drink or two. Instead we stood there never approached or talked to by anyone until we got irritated and left. Piss poor customer service. We weren't the only one's that left another family left after us for the same reason. I'd give 0 stars but it won't let me.

Anyone who hasn't visited a Buffalo Wild Wings you don't know what you're mussing. The Wings are great! The atmosphere is better. You can have a great meal with your family and friends while watching your favorite sport teams on T.V. screens scattered about the restaurant. I Love My Buffalo Wild Wings!!

Don't ever order take out. They'll say it'll be ready in an hour. We showed on time just to wait another 45 minutes. And they got the order wrong and the food was cold. This happens every time. I keep trying them again in the hopes they get better, but they never do. Horrible service, the manager should be fired.
