      image Update: I did get response so quickly afterwards. Im really thankful for they taking customers complaints seriously and try to make things right. Im moving soon so Ill definitely consider this place for my move out cleaning.
      We usually trust Google reviews and BBB, so I want to put down my review here for public. They are not genuine on charging. It has been more than 3 times I realize they clean for 1 hour but charge me for 90 minutes. On the third time I reached out about the wrong invoice. Then they admitted they by default charge me 90 mins. They dont clock the time on their side, and they trust what their people doing. If Im not at home checking how long they have been working, they will be keep lying! They dont clean the house for even 60 minutes, how clean it could be? Im not satisfied with the work for over 3 months. More angry because they charged me extra and they wont refund me! Ill keep reporting until I get my refund. If I need to get a lawyer, I will.

      image I hired this company to come and do a deep clean of my house since my spouse recently had surgery and I have been behind on chores. I figured this would alleviate some stress and I was advised that 2 cleaners would arrive. My husband who is on temporary bed rest heard a whole group of people (about 4) in the house making rude and unprofessional comments about our home. He also overheard one of them on a phone call making these remarks and then they left. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and will not recommend them for any services! Service: Deep clean
