Horrible management. They don't know what true customer service and doing what it takes to earn a customer's business means.

I received the worst customer service ever here. The employee Matt would rather argue with me about getting a manger on the phone instead of finding one. Which my problem was that my card was charged $980.41 when I was only supposed to be charged one time for the washer and dryer set. Then it was not a top priority for the staff. I had to try to get a manger on the phone but had to show up in person for a week straight for me to get a refund. Then it was said that my bank was holding the money however when the buttons that were need to be pushed for me to get my money back. The very next day bright and early it was in there which shows it was hhgregg who did not want to give the money or cared about giving the money back on something that was not my fault. They never gave me anything for my inconvenience although $980.41 is a lot of money for someone who lives check to check. Plus the rude staff this was a horrible experience. Then I was told this does happen a lot then I was told it was rare that this happen. So which one is it because is a problem and this should get fixed. No one cared if that was all the money I had and could get back and forth to work but I guess this is what customer service is. When your doors are open because of people sending their hard earned money with you they deserve respect and courtesy of the staff. SMH worst experience ever of people just not caring.
