    Awful service and customer care and twice as much as competitors for cable alone! Was a customer for 6 years and they never cared about keeping me.

    I have a HUGE sign by my front door against any form of solicitation. I had a knock on the door, answered and it was an Insight salesperson. I asked her if she saw my sign. She said "Yes. But can I tell you about...." I shut my door and she is STILL knocking on my door. I think Insight needs to teach a class to their reps about COMMUNICATION. Written statements on a door which say "NO" actually means "NO!" And, verbal communication to a person stating "NO!" also means "NO!" Spoke with the local company. No one cares. Nothing will be done. If it is this way BEFORE service, I realize nothing will be done if you get bad service. Use another company.

    I have been having issues with my internet and phone since just before Christmas. When I call and speak to a technician in the call center, they see that there is indeed an issue with my service, but everyone of the 8 techs that have been to my house tell me that there is nothing wrong. There were even monitors put on my account to record any issues that I was having, which also showed that there was something wrong and still the on-site techs would tell me that nothing was wrong. I even had a tech supervisor call my home and tell me that there is nothing wrong with my services or equipment, it the VPN/programs that my employer uses that is causing all the issues. Yes I work from home. I do not run a business, so I do not want business service. Plus, I am not going to pay $180 for JUST internet!!! That's crazy. I have filed several complaints with the managers from the call center and really I am not seeing any results. If I switch companies, I will be having to take a downgrade because the other company doesn't offer the speed that I am currently recieving. Actually, I will have to take a 25 mbps decrease is speed. I am warning anyone that is thinking of going to this company not to because they do not know how to deal with the issues that the customers bring to their attention for them to resolve in a timely manner. Directv is way better when it comes to the channel packages that you can get and they can look to see who in your area you can bundle phone and internet with. And isn't this funny, Insight is not one of the companies that they partner with.

    This place was horrible before but now that Time Warner bought it you better look out. I recently called to complain about one of their new charges on my bill, They basically told me I was lying when I told them it wasn't right. I had to fax a copy of my receipt to them to prove myself. Keep all of your receipts they will make charges up on your bill and then act like you lied about it. The cable isn't worth buying as you can watch everything for free online and if you have Wifi tv you dont need the cable service. The internet is good but thats it. I wish they get rid of the rude attitudes or we here in Louisville will just use AT&T just to prove a point.fyi they suck too.

    Had a problem with on demand not working they sent over a tech he replaced the box because it was freezing up called them up they had me unplug it to reset it. Dvr not recording shows still freezes up on demand still not working its worse now then before the initial service call.
