Ordered pizza extra large pizza & barbecue wings @ 8:28 got it approximately 9:25 it was not in a hot container and was cold as was the wings tried to call the store ( east 38th street) total was 43.11 including a5.00 tip ) they wont even answer the phone Ive been on hold its now 9:40 they close at 10pm shame on me I should have looked at your reviews they are bad and I would not have ordered from your company and mind you it was the first time Ive ordered from papa John !! Still on hold also was not offered coupons I even deleted a item cause it was to expensive what happened to the pairings they advertised? It just added to the frustration still on hold its 9:48 I made the call @ 9:29 it rings no one picks up it just goes back on hold Im sure my number shows up and thats why they arent answering they probably gave me one from a cancelled order now 9;52 they close at 10 pm I dont think they will pick up imagine that definitely the worst service and they have the nerve to give the driver a trip for outstanding service thats a joke in itself now 9:55 you know they are not taking orders 9:59 no answer go figure now 10:00 very upset customer

I must say, that being a repeat customer for over 20 years, I am offended by the service over the past 2 yrs. I ALWAYS ORDER THICK CRUST. I ALWAYS TIP EXTREMELY WELL. However, for the last 4 orders I have gotten paper thin crust. When I called the manager here, she was extremely rude. No longer ordering here again!

This was absolutely the worst I have ever experienced!! I havent had papa johns in years and I have one right by my home like 2 miles away I worked 13 hours and thought I could order food and it would be here by the time I was finished with work. Nope! First they outsource your call to someone in another country that can barely speak or understand English so it took forever just to order my 1 pizza and chicken parm bites they told me 35 minutes for delivery ok sounds good. Nope! I patiently waited almost 2 hours past until almost midnight (they close at 11pm) I called several times asking what was going on and they kept saying its out for delivery well thats alarming because I live 2 miles away which meant my food was in someones car for over an hour while they drove around town!?!? When the food finally arrived it was ice cold and soggy and gross the pizza didnt have bacon or the crispy parm crust I couldnt eat it. I will NEVER order again! There is no excuse for that and by the look at the reviews it looks like they do this to everyone! Do not order from papa johns!!! Support a local mom an pop I learned my lesson!
