I'd like to start out thanking them for their customer service and mentioning their cardless atm feature which has saved myself from ruining my credit when my wallet was stolen and rent/utilities were due so thank you for that!!! Rob was absolutely outstanding in answering all my questions on a Friday night at 6 o'clock. I knew it was getting close to quitting time but I had urgent questions about my newly opened Secured credit card. My credit score would reflect someone who is familiat and experienced with credit cards but in reality my score is only so low due to student loans lol so I'm completely ignorant on how to use credit cards to rebuild my credit but not after talking to Rob. He put my mind at ease and dropped my blood pressure for sure lol. Anyways Rob was very patient in letting me explain my situation and what my thoughts were in how to use the card responsibly. He has excellent customer service skills and a good sense of humor, 5th third is lucky to have another gem like him!!! Because of the outstanding team at 5th 3rd I always recommend you guys anytime somene asks me where they should go to bank!!!
