Just opened the acct. Caleb was great. After he finished with his customer he promptly responded to my request to open an acct. He was friendly, polite, prompt and knowledgeable. And his co-worker was friendly and considerate. Will update with each visit.

Do not bank with these people. My card was hacked and I had fraudulent charges, I spent 30 minutes plus on hold waiting each time I had to contact them. Then they sent me a letter that they wanted me to sign listing "fraudulent" charges, but the ones listed were for purchases I actually made. I had sat on the phone telling them which ones were mine and which were fraud.There were at least 10 fraudulent charges but none of them were listed. Having your bank card hacked is horrible but the US Bank turned it into a nightmare.

I have banked with US Bank for years, and I've never had any issues with them. I had experience with other banks prior to opening my account with them years ago, and I did experience issues, but after I transferred to US Bank everything has been smooth sailing for years on end. I prefer US Bank because they have locations where I need them. I have always received quick friendly service inside every location I have visited, as well as in the drive-thrus, and I've never had any issues with their ATM's.I have an office downtown, so I visit this location often. I have deposited funds here, cashed in change, used the ATM, performed withdrawals, ordered/updated cards, and more. All of the service I've ever received here has been great!
