        I purchased a vehicle at this location. I am constantly getting recall letters back to back. Went in there one day to have service done had a appointment. Every last one of the computers was occupied by white females and white males they sat there and watched me wait the entire time and refuse to help me. I don't want nothing else to do with them ever again.

        $113 for an oil change of 6 quarts. Had 9am appt only to call for update at 2pm, only to be told "it's next in line". Barely got it out before closing for maybe 1/2 days labor. One qt. of Motorcraft synthetic is $8 at Advanced Auto lol
