I ended up with a bit of body damage after a hit and run on the watterson and Glasers was on the list of approved places for repairs for state farm. I liked the idea of using a locally owned and operated shop. From the first phone call through the completion, the service was wonderful. This is the second Glaser's location I've worked with and they are all very friendly, helpful and honest. My car was professionally repaired and spotless. Every auto body shop in the city is backed up because they can't get the parts they need, but every time I called in for a status update they were more than happy to give me the best time estimate that they could. You really can't do any better.
