I’ve never been to their facility but they have me a free voucher to get my cat spayed at the snip clinic! Definitely contact if you have stray cats

I have adopted a cat from Shamrock and I have volunteered. Every experience I’ve had with the organization has been positive. These people do an exceptional job of finding homes for small animals in distress. We are lucky to have them in Louisville.

I could not be more supportive of Shamrock. They rock! Friends of mine are volunteers and always have foster cats at their home (my daughter loved to visit them before the pandemic and play with the kittens). We also adopted our Tigerlily through Shamrock. Tiger is FIV positive, which was disclosed beforehand, was neutered and up on all shots. The process is rather painless, but volunteers make sure that the pets go to a good home. For cats that means indoor ONLY (unless it is a pretty feral cat that would be miserable inside). I strongly recommend adopting pets through Shamrock and/or volunteering for the organization.
