20 Dollar Tires Lexington

I purchased 2 tires from this place. One of the tires will not keep airand the other has a knot in it. They will not let us exchange the tires also. THE 30 DAY REFUND IS NOT TRUE. DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE!!!!!! They will ripe you off!!!

had to get a used tire for my car online and on the big sign over the building it says all tires $20 this is not true for me to get a tire it was $53 when i was quoted $40 when i called other than that the man how did all the work was very nice just double check price's before you go cause it is not $20 for all tires

I got tires from them 2 weeks ago when I called he told me he would replace one of the tires because it wouldn’t keep air in it! When I get there they tell me they are not replacing it and it would be 20 to fix the problem! I will never bring business back to them again!

I was very pleased with the over service of the staff, owners, auto tech and the pricing. My daughter came in from Miami and had a fuel pump go out of her car. I called just about and and everybody that was listed for auto repair i got the run around and the pricing was so high i could have purchased my daughter a new car. I spoke to a old navy buddy of mine and told him about her situation and he said don't worry i got a guy that is great and knows what he is doing and will not kill you in price and he will get it done in a few hours. I told him share the wealth brother and sure enough. He made a phone call to his auto tech and 5 minutes later he sent me the address to the shop he was working at. I called the gentleman up and explained to him he gave me a more than excellent price on the part and labor and a warranty. He was younger, but the man knew his stuff. I told him give me about 30 to 45 minutes and i will have the car towed to you. This gentleman went above and behind what he was already going and said NO SIR save your money for the tow. Send me the address where the car is located and I will get some tools together and be on my way. I just could not believe there were still actual human beings that had a heart. He came out and knew exactly what he was doing. Within the hour maybe 2 my daughter was safe and back on the road. IF ANYONE NEEDS AFFORDABLE AND RELIABLE AND HONEST HARD WORKING PEOPLE for tires or any and all repair service. This place is it hands down

I have never written a review before but I feel that when credit is due it is due for SUCH A ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL job!!!!!! i have always been a "last minute!" type of person. I have known for over a year that I needed new tires. i will do it tomorrow is what I would always say. I am a very very busy person and there are not enough hours in the day to do what I need to. So of course i have a very important meeting this morning with a very important business man ans I am going to be late, because when I go out to start my car this morning to warm it up I HAVE not 1, BUT 2 FLATS. I have the gold member best road side auto policy that one could have so I am not worried at all. I will call my auto club and they will come out and get me going in less than a hour as they have always advertised!!!!!! HA!HA! that was a crook of SH$T they said we can get to you on Friday. I just hung up and googled "where can I get a tire right now?" I got $20 dollar tire in Lexington Ky @ 1225 Eastland Dr so I am not hopeful at all. I call a gentleman answers and says yes Mam we can help you I am on my way to the shop now and I will have Shay call you back in 10 minutes well 6 minutes later Shay calls me and says how can I help I tell her the situation she says get you a uber leave the keys under the ds seat and we will be there to install your new tires and then we will drop it off to you at work I was stunned and I said REALLY? her only response was ABSOLUTELY!!! I tell you what I got a text message about a hour and half later said you are all good to go. NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE provides that type of service at their more than affordable prices I would pick these guys over ANY tire shop in the state of KY they were all friendly and did as they said and even gave me a warranty with my tires.
