Shannon helped us plan a vacation and she was really great to work with. She kept us informed and made all the necessary arraignments after finding a vacation that met all the criteria we were looking for. We recently traveled to Scotland and England. My sister and I had no idea where to start the planning process. Shannon did everything for us regarding flights and hotels. She was so enthusiastic and helpful...where to stay, places to visit. She had so many wonderful suggestions. Seriously, we were never stressed out about our arrangements.
