        i dropped my taxes of here last year snd they closed down the office and transfered.my paperwork to another never heard from anyone till i realized it was almost past due. call abd they hadnt even started my return and i got slapped with all kinds of late fees and am still dealing with the issue now because of their negligence

        Had to meet three times because they submitted the taxes before they were done. Did not enjoy. And the IRS did not accept the return, so know I have to go back again. This is a horror show.
