This group was more than I could have hoped for. John Hilliard looked after my interest as the seller and made sure the buyers and their attorney had everything they needed to proceed with the transaction. With his years of experience, John also disclosed all information that could be a surprise for the buyer down the road. Everything was on the up and up. I have no complaints--nothing but praise for this company.
